Three years ago, I asked some of my Masters students if they could change one thing what would it be.

It was a simple shoot; a wine red backdrop with a flat light source did the trick.

What I like about it is it's archival quality. Something like this gains more currency as it matures.

A year later, whilst in Cairo I caught up with one of my now, ex-students.

Rania has gone on to become one of the youngest editors, let alone woman editors, in Cairo on an English Language Newspaper that's supplied with the International Tribune.
