I can help you with FORscene.
FORscene was launched in 2004 and most initial customers are TV production companies and broadcasters.
FORscene is a frame accurate video tool which runs in a web browser. Its main uses are for reviewing, logging, editing, pubishing and hosting videos.
Most professionals use HD or DV content, but as the system can import and export a wide variety of video (and image) formats, it is also suitable for User Generated Video. For example, most of these videos were shot on mobile phones before being edited and then published directly to this site using FORscene.
You can contact me for more information either by email at sbs@forbidden.co.uk or on the FORscene chat system - we have a free trial account here.
